Since the first of September 2010 the Corporate University of the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after prof. N.E. Zhukovsky invites more potential students to enter its English language courses. Instruction is provided both for those who want to enhance their knowledge in English (fluent speech) and for those who need English in everyday work (business speech).

The course is composed of 120 lessons that are held twice a week. Each lesson is of 90 minutes duration. The preliminary tests, which all applicants are obliged to take, facilitate selecting the most appropriate level of instruction: Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.

Teaching is done by experienced lecturers who use the most efficient methods and up-to-date equipment. The level of training at the TsAGI University corresponds to international standards. A University certificate is awarded to those students who pass successfully their final exams. Then, they have the opportunity to be trained to tak exams in order to obtain the international BEC, PET, FCI, CAE, TOEIC diplomas.

The Technical English teaching program has been used in TsAGI’s Corporate University for quite some time. This activity was initiated by Sergey Chernyshev, Executive Director of TsAGI. He said: "Proficiency in foreign languages is one of the principle features of the highly experienced specialist who is in demand. Currently, TsAGI has a well trained staff. The fact that since 2010 TsAGI has offered English-language classed not only to its employees but also to all those who want it is of importance. This way the Institute contributes to shaping the active intellect and progressive image of a Russian specialist. This in turn will enhance the development and strengthening of international relations."
