Participation conditions

MATERIALS SUBMISSION

The participant in School-Seminar shall submit not later, than February 1, 2009 the following:

  1. Completed form of preliminary registration (or make on-line registration);
  2. Report abstract, designed in accordance to the template;
  3. Report text (not more that 4 pages) designed in accordance to instructions ;
  4. Completed License Agreement .

These materials are both possible:

  • to be sent by mail in two copies together with the e-version on diskette or CD, and the payment document cîpy of registration fee transfer (the payment document copy is to be submitted before the conference commencement);
    The abovementioned materials are to be addressed to:
    RAS National Committee on heat and mass transfer,
    RAS OIVT, 17A,Krasnokazarmennaya street,
    Moscow,111116, Russia.

  • to be sent by e-mail, including the abovementioned materials (as integrated data file with the scanned payment document) leontiev2009@gmail.com.

In the event that the materials file size makes it impossible to e-mail, it is necessary to let know the file sharing server address in order to download the information.

For participation without presentation, you are asked to complete the form of the preliminary registration or to send the data by E-mail leontiev2009@gmail.com

The certified letters with notification of report acceptance will be sent to the participants not later, than March 15, 2009.

REGISTRATION FEE

  • 150 Eur - before April 1, 2009,
  • 200 Eur - after April 1, 2009.

The fee shall be transferred to an account of FSUE TsAGI through the bank transfer before the School-Seminar starts its activity:

All participants will be provided with CD of the School-Seminar Proceedings, printed program. Coffee breaks and welcome reception are also included.

ACCOMMODATION:

Out-of-town participants accommodation is to be in rest home of TsAGI and in hotels in Zhukovsky.
