Sixth Open Russian National (XVIII scientific-technical) Conference on Aeroacoustics

The Sixth Open (XVIII scientific-technical) Aeroacoustics conference will be hold from 23 September to 27 September 2019 in the “Zvenigorodsky” Hotel (~ 40 kilometers from Moscow). This traditional Conference was started by TsAGI in 1962. This is the sixth time when the Conference has an open status which allows joining the participants from abroad (international participants). The Conference consolidates the researches, engineers and scientists working in the fields of aeroacoustics and aviation ecology and gives a good opportunity to discuss the obtained results, (modern) trends and perspectives.

This Conference will address problems related to noise mitigation of planes and helicopters to meet of ICAO and EC noise regulations and to modern challenges of aviation industry. The following topics will be discussed:

— Aircraft engines acoustics;

— Noise sources in aviation;

— Community noise of planes, helicopters and UAV;

— Planes and helicopters cabin noise;

— Innovative methods of noise control;

— Methods of acoustic measurements;

— Acoustic strength and vibroacoustics;

— Computational aeroacoustics;

— Aviation ecology;

— Modern hardware and software tools in aeroacoustic studies.

Organizers:

Central Aerohydrodynamics Institute named by prof. N.E. Zhukovsky.

Conferees:

The leading scientists in aeroacoustics from russian scientific institutes, universities and aviation corporations (TsAGI, CIAM, AKIN, “Aviadvigatel”, IMM named by M.V.Keldish RAS, , GosNII GA, “Aeroflot”, “Technologiya”, “Sukhoi”, “Tupolev”, LII, “IL”, TRINITI, JPI RAS, ITPM named by S.A.Hristianovich SD RAS, Lomonosov MSU, МFТI, STANKIN, MAI and some others) regularly participate in the Conference.
